We’re on this journey together. As a woman in her fifties, I’ve been through it all and I’ve seen what happens when you don’t take care of your body. It ends up affecting every aspect of your life. I’m not a fitness trainer, I’m not a nutritionist, I’m a real woman who understands that the journey to health needs to be realistic.
What gave me the kick in the butt to start this business was learning that women have increasingly become the victims of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, and heart failure— due to poor diet and lack of exercise.
My goal is to educate women on these stats and the easy lifestyle changes they can make to live a long, full life!
